Tuna Biscuits

Growing up, this was always one of my favorite meals.  It’s frequently requested when I’m visiting my parents, and I forget just how easy it is!  My sister, who won’t touch anything with tuna in the dish, LOVES this meal.  I got this recipe from my mom, who got it from my aunt, who got it from who knows who…

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 small cans albacore tuna
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp chicken bullion
1 1/2 soup cans of milk
1/3 c flour
Pepper to taste
2 cans (8 biscuits per can) Grands Original Biscuits
2-3 c cheddar cheese

  • Mix tuna, soup, bullion, milk, flour and pepper in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
  • In a greased 10×15″ glass pan, lay one single layer of biscuits on bottom of pan.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over biscuits.
  • Pour soup mixture over biscuits and cheese.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; watch closely as not to burn biscuits.
